Do you need help with copyright? A New Library Program can help!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The Library has launched a pilot project that will use an email helpline to answer UCLA faculty's general questions about copyright, such as how to modify author agreements to retain educational-use rights.  The pilot will run only through the winter quarter, at which point the Library will evaluate the service and assess the resource needs.  The helpline is being piloted in response to concerns raised at last fall’s intellectual property symposium for faculty. Faculty or staff who need assistance with copyright issues should email questions to <copyright@library.ucla.edu>.

Contact Cindy Shelton, Assoc. University Librarian, Collection Management and Scholarly Communication, if you would like further information on the pilot.
